This bill prohibits the sale of vapor products or alternative nicotine products that contain vitamin E acetate. It defines "alternative nicotine product" as a non-combustible product containing nicotine for human consumption, excluding tobacco products, vapor products, food, and products regulated as drugs or devices by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It defines "vapor product" as a non-combustible product that uses a heating element, power source, or other means to produce vapor from nicotine or any other substance, and whose use simulates smoking. Violation of this provision is punishable by a fine of up to $10,000.
