An Act To Amend Section 41-75-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove Certain Requirements For The Licensure Of A Freestanding Emergency Room; To Authorize The Licensure Of A Freestanding Emergency Room In A County Or Municipality In Which A Hospital Permanently Closed Not More Than Five Years Before The Date Of Application For Licensure And In Which There Is No Other Hospital; To Provide That Such A Freestanding Emergency Room Must Be Located In The Same County Or The Same Municipality In Which The Closed Hospital Was Located; And For Related Purposes.
