An Act To Amend Section 69-2-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Maximum Loan Amount Made From The Emerging Crops Fund To Agribusiness Or Greenhouse Production Horticulture Enterprises For Initial Construction Or Renovations To An Existing Agribusiness Or Greenhouse Production Horticulture Enterprise To $250,000.00, And Capping The Aggregate Amount Of Loans Made To Any One Enterprise To $500,000.00; To Amend Section 69-2-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Maximum Bonding Authority Of Mda Under The Emerging Crops Fund To $114,000,000.00; And For Related Purposes.
