AI Summary

This bill amends sections of the Mississippi Code to revise the authority of the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. It allows an appeal of any order, rule, or decision of the commission to act as a supersedeas, which would stay the action until a final judgment is entered by a court. The bill also allows the commission to file a motion to lift the supersedeas if it can show clear and convincing evidence of immediate and irreparable harm. The provisions of this bill are intended to control over any conflicting court rules.
