FORWARD 25-3-39, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION THAT MAY BE PAID TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS, FOR THE PURPOSES OF POSSIBLE AMENDMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
