AI Summary
This bill establishes the Task Force to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African Americans, with a special consideration for African Americans who are descendants of persons enslaved in the United States. The Task Force is responsible for identifying and compiling documentation on the institution of slavery, its impact, and ongoing discrimination against African Americans. The Task Force will then recommend appropriate ways to educate the public, as well as remedies and forms of compensation in consideration of their findings.
