This bill provides funding and resources to support COVID-19 testing and personal protective equipment (PPE) for congregate living settings, which include nursing homes and other residential care facilities in North Carolina, excluding correctional facilities. Requires all staff working in congregate living settings to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing to detect and restrict staff with positive results from entering the premises. 2.
