A N A C T RELATING TO STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION *** This act makes a number of technical amendments to the general laws, prepared at the 1 recommendation of the Law Revision Office. Article I contains the reenactment of titles 39, 40, 2 40.1 and 41 of the general laws. Article II includes the statutory construction provisions. 3 Sections 1-40 of Article I of this act would take effect on December 31, 2020.
