AN ACT concerning crimes, punishment and criminal procedure; enacting the legalized homegrown psilocybin mushroom act of 2022; relating to unlwaful cultivation or distribution of controlled substances; possession of controlled substances; psilocyn and psilocybin; reducing criminal penalties therefor; amending K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 21-5705 and 21-5706 and repealing the existing sections. 7 WHEREAS, The provisions of this act shall be known as the legalized homegrown psilocybin mushroom act of 2022. Now, therefore:
