This bill amends the Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act to modify the defined term "scholarship-granting organization" and add a definition for "educational infrastructure fund." The bill allows scholarship-granting organizations to make grants to qualified schools for the purpose of funding educational infrastructure, such as construction, maintenance, and library materials. The bill also adjusts the reporting requirements for scholarship-granting organizations, public school foundations, and public school districts that accept contributions under the act. The bill has an effective date of November 1, 2024.
