This bill establishes the "NJ Memorials to War Veterans Maintenance Fund" and provides for a designation on the State gross income tax return that will permit taxpayers to make voluntary contributions to the fund. This fund will provide for maintenance of the State memorials for the New Jersey veterans of the Korean War, Vietnam War and World War II.
