This bill requires the Division of Unemployment and Temporary Disability Insurance in the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to determine eligibility and to issue benefit payments to eligible individuals applying for family temporary disability leave benefits no later than three weeks from the date on which the division receives notices of claims for benefits from the employer and employee.
