2016-2017 Regular Session
This bill removes from current law a provision requiring the holder of a limited brewery license to provide a tour of the brewery when selling the brewery's products for consumption on the licensed premises. Limited brewery licensees currently are permitted to sell their products for consumption on the licensed premises, but only in association with a brewery tour. This bill allows these licensees to sell their products to consumers without providing a tour.
