This bill requires the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange board of directors to report additional data in its quarterly reports to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health, human services, and insurance. The additional data includes the number of individuals who enrolled in Medicaid or a qualified health plan through the exchange, whether they were previously insured, the number of individuals eligible for federal subsidies and the amounts of those subsidies, and the status of the exchange's data privacy protections. The bill also requires the board to report the number of individuals automatically reenrolled in a qualified health plan, excluding those enrolled in Medicaid.
