This bill exempts any real estate broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson who has been a real estate broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson for 50 years or more, including any equivalent experience in any other jurisdiction as determined by the commission, from the requirement to complete 16 hours of continuing education as a condition of biennial license renewal.
