This bill prohibits an employee or officer of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority) from providing any aid, resources, assistance, or support to any federal employee or representative to enforce President Donald J. Trump's January 27, 2017 Executive Order entitled "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" (executive order). The bill also prohibits the use of Port Authority resources or facilities to enforce the executive order.
