This bill extends the use of temporary registration certificates and temporary license plates issued by motor vehicle dealers, motorized bicycle dealers, and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for vehicles to be permanently registered in the State from 30 days to 60 days. The bill also extends the use of temporary registration certificates for any vehicle purchased in the State by a nonresident to be registered in another state or federal district from 20 days to 60 days.
