AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 25:915, relative to military memorials on public property; to prohibit state and 3 local governmental entities from taking actions that would be detrimental to such 4 memorials; to provide for conservation of such memorials; and to provide 5 exceptions; and to provide for related matters. 6
