Dave LaRock is a 27-year resident of Loudoun County, where he built a successful small business as a general contractor. He is the proud father of 7 children and five grandchildren (with one more on the way). Dave and Joanne homeschooled their children, attend Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg, and support local community organizations, including the 1st Choice Women's Health Center.
Dave worked with other citizens to protect private property rights when the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors tried to adopt restrictive and unnecessary environmental regulations. In 2010, Dave founded The 1789 Project to hold Congress accountable to the limits of the United States Constitution, and support candidates who pledged to abide by the Constitution's limits on government power. Since 2011, Dave has worked full-time at his own expense to oppose wasteful spending by our state and local politicians.
