This bill establishes a sick leave bank for John Taylor Woodward, an employee of the Office of Community Corrections in the Department of the Trial Court. The bill allows any employee of the department to voluntarily contribute sick, personal, or vacation days to the sick leave bank for Woodward's use. If Woodward terminates employment or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time in the bank will be transferred to the trial court's paid leave bank. The sick leave bank days cannot be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the establishment of the bank, as determined by the trial court.
