Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to limit the number of terms that a Member of Congress may serve to four in the House of Representatives and two in the Senate. This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Members of the House of Representatives to four terms and Members of the Senate to two terms. Terms beginning before ratification of this article do not count towards term limits.
