A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 13 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to organization of schools and school systems under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to provide that a parent or guardian may enroll a student in a school using the address of an individual residing in the school's attendance zone who has authorized such use; to provide for limited liability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
