This bill establishes that if lethal methods are used to capture or dispose of nuisance wildlife, the specific lethal method used and the reason why a non-lethal method was not used must be submitted in an annual report. It also requires the Department to annually update and make publicly available a list of enforcement actions taken against any nuisance wildlife control operator for violations of the law and applicable regulations.
