This bill amends the environmental conservation law to waive certain fishing and hunting fees for members of the United States armed forces in active service stationed within the state. Specifically, it removes the requirement that members of the U.S. armed forces be stationed outside of the state to receive free fishing, hunting, and trapping licenses. The bill also makes these fee waivers available to non-resident members of the U.S. armed forces stationed within the state.
