Bill Summary
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for the offense of sale or transfer of firearms.
AI Summary

The bill also holds sellers civilly liable for any injuries caused during a crime or attempted crime in which the sold firearm is used. The bill takes effect 60 days after passage.
