Expressing the sense of Congress regarding the provision of a basic standard of humanitarian care to all individuals in U.S. Customs and Border Protection custody. This concurrent resolution expresses the sense of Congress that the United States must provide a basic standard of humanitarian care to all individuals in its custody. In particular, the resolution urges U.S. Customs and Border Protection to provide adequate care, including health care, living accommodations, and sanitation to those in its custody.
