This bill prohibits the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to prevent employees from communicating about alleged sexual abuse or harassment committed against them by their employer or other covered individuals. It voids any provision in an NDA or other employment agreement that attempts to restrict or penalize such communications. The bill applies to both private and public sector employees.
