This bill prohibits the payment of subminimum wages to workers with disabilities in the state of Montana. It amends the existing law to remove the exclusion that allows employers to pay workers with disabilities less than the minimum wage if their earning capacity is severely impaired and they are unable to engage in competitive employment.
