Individuals who receive multiple unsolicited calls within a 12-month period can also seek injunctions and damages against the violating entity. The bill also sets a 5-year statute of limitations for actions related to violations. Additionally, the bill exempts certain healthcare-related pre-recorded messages from its provisions.
