Relative to heat in condominium units. Housing.

The temperature shall not exceed 78°F during the heating season. The number of days per year during which heat must be provided can be increased or decreased through a variance granted by the local board of health, or without board approval for condominiums with more than 100 units where at least 70% of the units are owner-occupied and a majority of unit owners vote to do so.
