Relative to the transfer of college credits by certain military personnel and veterans to certain institutions of higher education. Higher Education.

This bill requires all public and independent colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions in the Commonwealth to accept all transfer credits from any accredited post-secondary institution or institution of higher education, accredited international post-secondary institution or institution of higher education, and college-level examination program, earned by active members or veterans of the United States Armed Forces during their service.
