Relative to providing municipal notices to the public of hazardous waste sites. Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture.

This bill amends Section 19 of Chapter 21A to require licensed hazardous waste site cleanup professionals to provide written notification to the City or Town Clerk in the municipality where the site is located, by certified mail, within 7 days of being notified by a federal or state agency of known contamination at the location.
