This bill establishes a 25% toll discount on the Massachusetts Turnpike, the Ted Williams Tunnel, and the Tobin Bridge for drivers aged 65 and over. To qualify, the driver must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license, own or rent the passenger vehicle, and only apply the discount to one vehicle. There is no application fee, and the discount expires 60 days after the driver's license expiration, but can be renewed upon license renewal. Drivers who allow unauthorized use of the discount will face fines, and repeated violations can lead to permanent revocation of the discount.
