This bill: - Requires the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to submit a report to the legislature by December 1, 2019, examining the financial transparency, accountability, and ethics of its citizen support organizations. The report must include audits, demonstrate compliance with relevant laws, and describe any non-compliant organizations. - Abrogates the scheduled repeal of provisions governing citizen support organizations for the DEP, Department of State (DOS), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC), and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS). - Repeals the Florida Intergovernmental Relations Foundation and directs the Executive Office of the Governor and the foundation to satisfy any liabilities and transfer remaining funds to the Florida International Trade and Promotion Trust Fund. - Authorizes courts to order persons convicted of certain wildlife violations to pay an additional assessment to the Wildlife Alert Reward Association, Inc., which can use the funds to pay rewards for information leading to arrests. - Extends the repeal dates for several other citizen support organization statutes, ranging from 2023 to 2024.
