This bill aims to recover assets used in the commission of sexual offenses. Specifically, it proposes the following key provisions: 1. Any holder of a winning lottery ticket who is convicted of a violation of certain sexual offense laws would be ineligible for any remaining portion of the prize not yet disbursed, and the remaining balance of the prize would be returned to the State Lottery and Gaming Fund. 2. All monies furnished or intended to be furnished in exchange for forced labor or services or sexual servitude, as well as all monies used or intended to be used to facilitate certain sexual offenses, would be subject to forfeiture to the Commonwealth and made available for victim restitution. 3. The bill also expands the property subject to forfeiture resulting from violations of these sexual offenses to include any monies received from the Commonwealth, including lottery prizes, that were used or intended to be used to facilitate the violations.
