Nicholas and Zachary Burt Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Prevention Act of 2019 This bill requires the Consumer Product Safety Commission to provide grants that support carbon monoxide poisoning prevention to states that require carbon monoxide alarms in dwellings and other facilities.
