This bill amends the Public Employe Relations Act to clarify that public employee Social Security numbers, home addresses, home telephone numbers, personal mobile telephone numbers, and personal email addresses are not proper subjects of collective bargaining, except as required by collective bargaining agreements entered into prior to the effective date of the amendment. The bill also maintains that membership dues deductions and maintenance of membership are proper subjects of collective bargaining.
