AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 22:1028.1, relative to breast and ovarian cancer susceptibility screening; to 3 require health insurance coverage for genetic screening for breast and ovarian cancer 4 susceptibility for certain individuals; to provide for applicability; to provide for an 5 effective date; and to provide for related matters. 6
