This bill amends the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide reciprocity for active duty military personnel and disabled veterans to fish and hunt in Pennsylvania without additional licensing requirements. Specifically, the bill allows active duty military members with a valid fishing or hunting license from another state to fish or hunt in Pennsylvania, as long as that state provides a reciprocal privilege for Pennsylvania's active duty military members. It also allows disabled veterans with a valid annual fishing or hunting license from another state to fish or hunt in Pennsylvania, as long as that state provides a reciprocal privilege for Pennsylvania's disabled veteran license holders. The Attorney General is granted the authority to negotiate and enter into reciprocity agreements with other states to implement these provisions.
