This bill amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to allow brewery supply stores, which are places that sell ingredients and equipment for home brewing of beer, wine, and cider, to sell beer for off-premises consumption. The bill also adds brewery supply stores to the list of licensed premises that can sell beer for off-premises consumption, alongside grocery stores and drug stores.
