This bill amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to further provide for nomination petitions, allowing them to consist of several sheets and requiring an affidavit from the circulator. The key changes are: 1) allowing nomination petitions to be on multiple sheets, as long as they are bound together and numbered consecutively, 2) requiring a notation on sheets for delegate or alternate delegate petitions indicating the presidential candidate they are committed to or if they are "uncommitted", and 3) removing the requirement for the circulator to be a registered and enrolled member of the designated party for certain positions like school director or judge. The bill will take effect 60 days after being signed into law.
