This bill establishes a "Building Trades Recovery Week" to be observed annually in the last week of April. The governor will issue a proclamation setting apart this week for the Building Trades Employers Association to promote awareness of the dangers of opioids and substance misuse among workers in the construction industry, facilitate discussions and events to combat the opioid epidemic, and promote mental health in the Commonwealth's building construction industry.
