Fellowships to Prepare the Next Generation of Teachers Act Fellowships to Prepare the Next Generation of Teachers Act This bill requires the Department of Education to award grants to institutions of higher education that will fund fellowships for graduate students pursuing doctoral degrees in teacher education.
