This bill amends the components on which a school's grade is based in Florida. It expands the criteria to include the percentage of eligible students who earn college and career credit through dual enrollment courses, including career dual enrollment courses resulting in the completion of 300 or more clock hours during high school. The bill maintains the existing components related to student performance on statewide assessments, learning gains, and graduation rates. The changes are effective starting July 1, 2020.
