This bill allows the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the director of fisheries and wildlife, to convey a specific lot of land in Newbury, Massachusetts to The Richard J. Boudreau and Pauline C. Boudreau Irrevocable Trust. In exchange, the trust will convey a different lot of undeveloped land to the commonwealth for wildlife conservation purposes, and grant a perpetual restrictive covenant to protect the wetlands resources on the land being conveyed to the trust. The trust will also assume all costs associated with the land transfers.
