This bill establishes a sick leave bank for Racquel Cardoza, an employee of the Department of Transitional Assistance. The bill allows any employee of the Commonwealth who is related to Racquel Cardoza, as well as any employee of the Department, to voluntarily contribute sick, personal, or vacation days to the sick leave bank for Racquel Cardoza's use. If Racquel Cardoza terminates employment or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time in the bank will be transferred to the extended illness leave bank. The sick leave bank days can only be used for absences related to the illness or disability that necessitated the establishment of the bank, as determined by the Department.
