This bill requires all applications for retail tobacco products dealer permits to be accompanied by an annual permit fee, and allows the Division to set the fee amount up to $50 to cover the costs of permitting, enforcement, and administration under this chapter. The bill also removes the specific reference to the definition of "tobacco products" in the existing law. The bill is designed to take effect at the same time as SB 810 or similar legislation, if such legislation is adopted during the same legislative session.
