This bill excludes the possession of less than one-quarter of one ounce of marijuana on a school bus, on school property, or at a school-sponsored activity from the incident reports that are required to be made to school authorities. The bill clarifies that such possession, for personal use and without the intent to distribute, does not need to be reported as part of the mandatory reporting requirements for certain acts that occur on school grounds or at school events.
