AI Summary

This bill amends existing law to provide for game tags for swan, to revise provisions regarding upland game bird permits, and to revise hunter orange requirements regarding certain locations. It also revises the "Wildlife Management Area (WMA) Upland Game Bird Permit" to an "Upland Game Bird Permit" that must be purchased by all persons over 17 years of age prior to hunting stocked upland game birds on state wildlife management areas and other locations designated by the commission.
