This bill amends the Executive Law to establish a statewide campaign for the acceptance, inclusion, tolerance, and understanding of diversity in New York. The campaign aims to combat bias, hatred, and discrimination based on religion, race, color, creed, sex, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression. The Division will coordinate with public and private organizations, develop educational materials, and utilize various resources to effectively reach the public and promote the campaign's objectives.
